Featuring upscale Asian influenced teasers, a Tapas Trio menu and an Appetizer menu true to Mozaic, an array of small plates from the famed restaurant's kitchen will include samples of a number of delightful bites, as teasers are served tapas-style. The Mozaic Lounge offers tasting and tapas menus:
The Tapas Menu is available to guests in The Lounge and is Mozaic's cuisine served tapas style and is suitable for small as well as big appetites. The Mozaic Lounge Tapas are presented in trios which can be combined.
The Lounge Menu consists of appetizer portions of Mozaic dishes, along with cocktails and wines to re-create the Mozaic experience. Guests can order one or several dishes, to create a meal. A great alternative to dinner in the garden, The Lounge menu is served with live music and a glam décor.

The Lounge, a late-night 100 capacity venue in Ubud, serving the taste of Mozaic with a twist of glam and chic, opened 6 days a week.

The Workshop

The Workshop is a modern and unique culinary school and lifestyle venue for groups and individuals. Added to the sleek and state-of-the-art Miele image are the interiors by Vinoti Living; The Workshop boasts a chic décor and invites lifestyle fans to a feast of all senses.

Designed as a cooking school for recreation classes doubled with facilities for professional chefs, The Workshop is a place for culinary arts development and culinary exchange, training and development.

Classes vary from the professional Technical Training Series or short courses on specialties conducted by guest chefs and wine experts, to restaurant menu and concept development combined with staff food and beverage as well as cooking training. Professional classes vary from specialties to curriculum basic cooking techniques to advanced cutting edge technology such as sous vide cooking.

Recreational classes for tourists visiting Bali, concentrate on the art of discovering the freshest Balinese ingredients and applying the philosophy of Mozaic through cooking techniques of Modern French cuisine.

The beautiful living and dining areas of The Workshop offer the perfect private venue for the Chef's Table Dinners and events for small private gatherings. These Private Dinner Experiences are where Chef Salans and Chef Ephraim prepare culinary feasts for private events.
