Credit Card Payment
We accept payment by credit card.
At the moment accepted credit cards are VISA and MASTER CARD.
Due to type of merchandise we sell, processing of credit card payment is offline. You are required to send - either by fax or email - copy of your passport and both sides of credit card along with signed authorization letter. Notice that name on all the three has to be EXACTLY IDENTICAL.
Please note that there is a payment processing fee applicable to all credit card transaction. Normally it is 4% out of the total transaction.
Is this transaction safe?
Definitely.
Will I get charged more than I have to pay?
We can only charge your credit card the amount explicitly mentioned on the authorization letter. Bank does not allow us to charge more than the amount mentioned on the authorization letter.
Will I get repeated charge?
Bank does not allow us to repeat the charge. One authorization letter (identified by name, amount, and date) can only be used once.
Will then someone use my credit card info for online shopping?
It is also impossible for us to use your information we received to make online transaction. Online transaction requires information which only available on your credit card monthly statement.
What if I still feel uncomfortable?
If you do not feel comfortable in making credit card transaction this way, you can always choose to make payment by bank transfer into our corporate account.
