Anyar Estate villas each have a private pool and a dedicated staff available to meet your needs. Each villa has its own appeal and there is a choice of two, three, four and five-bedroom villas depending on the size of your family or group.

The largest private villa on the estate has 5 bedrooms and beautiful mature gardens, a large pool with a spacious deck and bale, indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and five stylish, light-filled bedrooms. The villa is laid out on three floors. On the ground floor a self-contained kitchen, one king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, living area and an elegant garden bathroom which can be enclosed to create a private apartment. This leads out through folding glass doors to a terrace that wraps around the house and features a barbecue area and a pool table.

Upstairs another large terrace offers fantastic views of the surrounding rice fields, the garden and pool. The outdoor dining area leads from an open kitchen where a cook offers full time catering or guests can enjoy preparing their own meals. A spacious lounge area surrounded by folding glass doors can be left open to the fresh breezes or closed to enjoy air-conditioned comfort. Choose from a large library of movies and watch on the flat screen TV, sinking into deeply cushioned sofas.

Anyar Estate is situated in the traditional village of Banjar Anyar in a suburb of Kerobokan. The address is Jalan Brick Lane (off Jalan Bumbak), Banjar Bumbak, Anyar Kelod, Kerobokan, Kuta, Bali. We are approximately 30 minutes from the International and domestic airport, and approximately 10 minutes from central Seminyak – the heart of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, beaches and other beautiful attractions.
