Sunia Kund is located in the serene Umalas area. It is 30 minutes from the airport, only 10 minutes to the fashionable Seminyak area with its famous restaurant and shops and the beach.

The villa is simply comprises of two buildings. The main building consists of two levels; where the master bedroom is located on the first floor with stunning view to the garden and further to the rice field.
