Description
Villa Joty's modern design is adequately mixed with Balinese touch. The wooden architecture of the separated 'alang alang' roofed buildings is in harmony with the well arranged ponds and the two large swimming pools, one falling into the other, nicely integrated in the flourishing tropical garden.
Down a quiet road, Villa Joty rests on a 2 stages land property. The 2 floored main building is on the higher stage. The ground floor is composite of an expansive living room with a complete TV set (Satellite TV, DVD, VCD, VCR) with two coffee tables surrounded by comfortable sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second teak-wood floor, the superb master bedroom has its king size bed viewing the facing rice paddies through the windowed partition separating the balcony with the room. The master ensuite bathroom features a bathtub and two separated showers for maximum convenience. A second queen sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom is next to the study room giving on the Jacuzzi in the rear patio. A computer, fax, and international phone are available for guest use. An additional under-roof bedroom with fan is ideal for visitors. On the lower stage, the water from the above 20 meters swimming pool falls into the second 60m2 pool. Beside the swimming pool area, a 12 seats dining table is served by the nearby fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms in a separate housing are surrounded by the verdant garden and fish pond.
