VILLA TESS and VILLA EMMA

Villa Tess and Villa Emma are beautiful showcases of Balinese/Indonesian architecture featuring the old school charm of the teak houses fused with modern day fittings & furniture. This eclectic combination insures you will have a unique 'Bali Experience'.

The main house is a fully restored traditional Javanese Teak “Joglo", containing two master bedrooms, both featuring open-air unsuited bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and dining room area allows for comfortable and elegant dining.

A few steps from the living area and you plunge into the twelve-meter saltwater infinity edged pool. After you take the plunge, relax on the deck-side sun loungers and let the surrounding jungle canopy take you to a place far from civilization.

At the opposite end of the pool, the self-standing third bedroom is a gorgeous full teak bungalow with open-air unsuited, set amongst a giant bamboo and coconut tree clusters.

Villa Tess and Villa Emma are also equipped with a modern entertainment system, including Indovision and DVD player in an air conditioned cinema room, wireless internet will keep you connected to the outside world without taking you away from your own personal tropical oasis.

VILLA SARA and VILLA LOUISE

Each of this beautifully restored Teak house has two master bedrooms both with air- conditioning and open air ensuite bathrooms. Dining and entertaining is simple stylish and elegant with the kitchen and dining areas adjoining each other!

The living room and swimming pool are but a few steps away and are surrounded by a jungle canopy!

The third bedroom is a beautiful original teak bungalow with air conditioning and an indoor/outdoor unsuited bathroom; a king size bed and security lock box insures a comfortable nights sleep.

The living room has a 42 inch flat screen projector TV with Indovision and DVD player included. Plug and play your I Pod on the surround sound audio system or enjoy the wireless broadband internet from anywhere in the villa. The villa staff are professionally trained to make your stay at Villa Sara just that much more enjoyable.

The Joglos complex is a peaceful oasis nestled in the area around Seminyak, on Bali’s south western coast. This quite, safe, fashionable area is twenty-five minutes drive from the international airport, and convenient for all of the main shops, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots. The Joglos villas are just a few minutes’ walk from the white-sanded Petitenget Beach, well-known for its breathtaking sunset and panoramic coastline views. A wide choice of internationally renowned fine dining restaurants, including the famous KuDeTa, Hu’u, Living Room, and La Lucciola are also all within a short drive.
