Casa Evaliza is a spacious Bali villa rental with a contemporary Balinese architectural design presents you with a splendid, single-storey, thatched pavilion comprises a living & dining area, air-conditioned TV room, modern kitchen and a two-storey building incorporating four air-conditioned bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace. This four-bedroom luxurious villa can be accessed through a short pathway capped with a pergola draped in flowering bougainvillea.

Accommodations & Facilities

The whole four bedrooms in Casa Evaliza is comprised in a two-storey building and are completed with en-suite bathrooms. There is one Master suit and three Guest Bedrooms encompassed. The Master Suit covers the ground floor of the two-storey building as it is furnished with king-size bed along with the mosquito net, a desk, shelf unit, lamps, sofa and coffee table. This master suite also equipped with a huge satellite-channel TV along with the DVD and its sound system. Completed with a grand en-suite bathroom, this part of the master suite air conditioned bathroom featuring you with avocado-green terrazzo floor and a huge central bathtub. The double vanity unit is fashioned well with the two mirrors and with its twin washbasins. There is also a walk-in shower and a toilet hidden within an alcove. Floor-to-ceiling mirrored doors slide open to reveal a dressing room, fitted with a wall of rattan-fronted wardrobes.

This master suite also has an access to the covered verandah runs the length of the building as the guest could entering it through the sliding glass doors to overlook the garden. This area is furnished with a rattan sofa, two rattan chairs and a small table.

The guest bedrooms of Casa Evaliza 1 and Casa Evaliza 2 are located on the upper floor as the guest could accessed it through the timber-clad staircase. Both rooms are bordered by a delightful covered balcony with a timber floor and elevated views of the garden. This balcony runs the length of the building and has been completed with a sofa, rattan chairs and a glass topped table. Both rooms, Casa Evaliza 1 and 2 are offer you with queen-size beds and en-suite bathroom of a green terrazzo. Those air-conditioned bedrooms also furnished with reading lamps, wardrobes, mirrors and TV along with its DVD player. The en-suite bathrooms of two are fitted with bathtubs, single vanity units, walk-in showers and toilets.

The last bedroom in Casa Evaliza, the fourth bedroom is slightly smaller than the rest of the bedrooms in this villa still you could expect almost the same convenience and facilities like what had been provided in the other bedrooms. This room is furnished with a queen-size bed completed with TV and DVD player. This fourth room also has en-suite bathroom fitted with a wardrobe, washbasin, walk-in rain shower and toilet.

Living and dining area in Casa Evaliza are comprised in one pavilion with thick Balinese design in which it was characterized by a soaring ‘alang alang’ thatched roof and is blend perfectly with modern appearance of cream terrazzo floor and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that run the length of the building and along one side. The doors enabling it guests to make their preference choice of creating an open-air atmosphere and experiencing the garden and swimming pool beside it or even closed it totally to enjoy the cold ambience offered by the six powerful ceiling fans. At one side of the room is a dining table, comfortably seating ten on rattan chairs. The cream walls are adorned with local artwork and the centre of the room is furnished with two cushioned rattan sofas and ottomans, a large coffee table, lamps and an antique Javanese 'gerobok' chest on wooden wheels, originally used for storing rice. A romantic, canopied daybed rests in the corner beside an antique table.

Preparing the best cuisines for you is Evaliza’s modern kitchen that is situated strategically between the Living & Dining Pavilion. The villa’s kitchen presents marble work surface, a central island and immaculate stainless steel appliances. Still facilitated in this pavilion is the TV Room. Located next to the Living & Dining Pavilion, this cozy air-conditioned entertainment room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, bookshelves, a satellite-channel TV & DVD/CD player. More in this room is the computer and its WiFi internet access.

All this fabulous facilities and accommodations are comprised inside the large walled garden. This immaculate beautiful garden covers fragrant frangipani trees and potted bonsais. Palimanan stone steps lead up to the 14.5 x 5 metre swimming pool, which features a dazzling water cascade at one end. A set of wide, grass covered steps extends to a grassy pool deck furnished with sunbeds. This is also the location of a ‘bale’ open-sided, thatched relaxation pavilion fitted with a huge built-in daybed. There is an alfresco dining table for six, sheltered within the bale.
