Sit on a 2100 square meters of land, Azaya is a single-roof property, which comprises a large two-stores building, stand-alone gym, poolside gazebo and 20-meter swimming pool, well integrated within an expansive flat-lawn garden.

Accommodation & Facilities

The villa presents guests with five air-conditioned bedrooms each feature en-suite bathrooms. First, let us see the two master bedrooms on the upper floor of the main building. These bedrooms feature California king size bed, one of which is a Ziplock bed that can be converted into twin beds. There is also dressing area, teak wardrobes, shelf units, a desk, an upholstered daybed and a 32” satellite TV. The guest room in another side is located on the ground floor and completed with double bed and teak wardrobes. Furthermore, the remaining two bedrooms in Azaya are located at the guesthouse of this villa. It was single-storey building furnished with a king size bed, and the other one with a king size Ziplock bed. It also completed with wardrobes, desks, and 26” wall-mounted TVs. The guesthouse could offer you with independency and privacy since it has confidential kitchen, living and dining area.

Azaya respectively, has two living, kitchen and dining area. the first one belong to the guesthouse which living equipped with segmented sofas and a glass-topped coffee table, and equipped with a satellite TV/DVD player, Nintendo Wii game system and an iPod dock. The kitchen is fitted with a two-burner gas hob, a refrigerator, cupboards, and the dining table could accommodate up to six people. Another living area in Azaya is the main spacious living room. A fully opened living but also can be closed totally as ceiling fan and air-conditioned comfort will widening your choice. The room also features a cool tiled floor, upholstered chairs and segmented sofas, as well as a 42” satellite TV and DVD player.

The large air-conditioned dining room is furnished with a table for 12 which door can be opened onto the pool terrace. At the far end of the dining room is an open-plan, fully equipped, feature kitchen with a marble work top, a central island, stylish white cupboards and stainless steel appliances. There is also a service kitchen and laundry hidden away behind the main kitchen.

Aside from those accommodation and facilities mentioned above, Azaya has more to give. The villa still has gym, office & library. The office & library space is located on the upper floor landing of the main building, furnished with sofas, chairs, an ottoman and a coffee table. The air-conditioned Gym in another hand is a single-storey stand-alone building located close to the swimming pool. It has a mirrored wall, sliding glass doors and is fully equipped. All comprise perfectly in an extensive walled garden covering also a 20 x 5 meter swimming pool, which is ideal for swimming laps. A wide timber deck, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, borders the infinity edge pool, which is lined with rustic Java stone. Every guest need has been considered with the provision of a pool bar, a pool shower and a guest washroom and toilet. There is even a surfboard for guest use.

Villa Azaya is located in the heart of Petitenget, a safe up market area on Bali’s southwestern coast, which is home to some of the classiest properties on the island.
