For me yoga is a form of spiritual development, which fortifies our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. It's not about religion but about connecting with our divine self. The divine is interpreted in many outer forms according to the different cultures within the different religions.
Our programs include a variety of daily yoga classes, yoga and healing retreats, healing and meditation in vedantic tradition. Ubud Yoga Centre offers you quality facilities with a 2 storey Yoga and Healing Studio, comprising a large upstairs yoga space, downstairs meditation/yoga room and healing room.
All in all, the Neka Art Museum constitutes a notable microcosm of traditional and modern painting, in past and present Bali.
